Chair Yoga

Monday and Wednesday from 2-2:45 p.m.
You can come to the Broken Bow Public Library and join Kim in person! Kim will show poses that help you remain active with safe and simple exercises. These exercises help improve flexibility and core strength and can also help reduce low back pain and neck tension.
